Parks and Recreation PROSeeds Ontario is pleased to offer up to ten (10) subsidized registrations for aquatics professionals wishing to attend PRO EX Exchange: Aquatics.

This one-day professional development event features 10 expert-led sessions focused on aquatic leadership, safety, operations, and innovation.

Each grant covers 50% of the registration fee (approximately $225 per person). Funding is provided through Parks and Recreation PROSeeds Ontario, a charity dedicated to increasing access to training and professional learning opportunities for Ontarians working in the recreation sector.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Work in the aquatics sector in Ontario.
• Be a current 2026 Parks and Recreation Ontario (PRO) member.
• Demonstrate a genuine financial barrier to attending without support.
• Commit to attending the full event on October 7, 2026, and share key takeaways with their team or organization following the event.

• Application Deadline: August 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET
• Applicants Notified: August 24, 2026
• Acceptance Confirmation: Required within five (5) business days of notification.

Additional Information

Subsidized registrations are non-transferable. Up to 10 grants are available. If the number of applications exceeds the available funding, the selection committee will consider demonstrated financial need and the relevance of the event to the applicant's role in aquatics.

Please note: Travel, accommodation, parking, meals, and any other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
